As B2B Marketing Manager (m/f/x) you are responsible to ramp up LemonOne’s sustainable Inbound Sales Channel. As part of our Growth Team, you will work closely with the New Business as well as Sales Operations & Strategy Teams.

Tasks
  • You develop our B2B content strategy as well as a communication strategy for the given target groups/markets to strengthen and expand our B2B partnerships
  • You design, organize and manage campaigns with our Sales Team
  • You write industry-specific content (blog, newsletter, website, PR texts, e-mailing, ppt presentations)
  • You are responsible to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and boost sales
  • You perform qualitative and quantitative campaign analyses to inform your decisions and share trends, insights and growth opportunities with the team and relevant stakeholders
  • You inspire Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) of LemonOne
  • You create communication packages for our ICPs, from basic to customized packages for key accounts
Requirements
  • You have 3+ years of experience in B2B Marketing/ Communications with a strong international background in SaaS or at a forward-thinking technology firm
  • You have deep expertise in all things digital: email marketing, social media, paid ads, SEO, third-party content syndication
  • You have a broad technical background due to your expertise in performance marketing and tracking/analytics
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, want to get things done, and can juggle many tasks at once
  • You have excellent communication skills in German and English (both written and verbal)
  • Plus | You speak French, Spanish or Italian
  • Plus | You have a basic understanding of lead generation opportunities
