Audit Manager - Finance (f/m/x)

We as Corporate Internal Audit of DHL Group provide independent and objective Auditing services and audit related Advisory services Become a member of our team in Bonn with more than fifteen nationalities and support us with your expertise, your passion and open mindset. Accompany the DPDHL organization to accomplish its objectives with your input and insights to Finance audits!

Your tasks


  • Independent plan and execute risk based audit assignments related to finance matters, such as Accounting, Controlling, Taxes, Treasury and M&A as well as Risk management and ESG.
  • Manage and coach audit teams; develop team members
  • Ensure the quality of audit preparation and execution standards, including use of data analytics methods
  • Prepare high quality audit reports tailored to the specific needs of the engagement
  • Contribute to the further development and implementation of principles, programs and tools for the audit areas within the Finance Audit department

Your profile


  • Degree in relevant discipline (e.g. Accounting, Finance or Business Related Field) or comparable qualification, ideally professional qualification as CIA, CPA or CFA or equivalent
  • Multiple years of audit experience (e.g. accounting, controlling, taxes and/or M&A) gained in an accounting firm or within the internal audit department of a multinational group;
  • Expertise in data analytics methods and tools
  • Supervisory experience of teams; distinct leadership skills; team player; highly responsible
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English (spoken and written); comfortable in multicultural settings
  • Advanced verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness for business travel based on needs (max. 30%)
