WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

  • Own the logistics onboarding process of new suppliers to ensure suppliers comply with our delivery requirements, resulting in good delivery performance and avoidance of costs
  • Be the key contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders of selected categories like Sports, Kids, Designer for any SCM related topic, ensuring operational support and focus on cost-to-supply relevant initiatives
  • Support the team on day-to-day tasks, answer requests from suppliers and categories, maintain files, prepare analysis on suppliers’ performance and presenting them to internal and external stakeholders
  • Make sure our suppliers adhere to our key requirements for inbound processes and do not shy away from discussions when you believe in the cause
  • Support the team on initiatives for strategic top accounts

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong interest in account management and supply chain processes
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, SCM/Logistics or a related field
  • First working experiences in a fast-paced environment. Experiences in E-Commerce, account management or supply chain management are an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus) - particularly in exchanges with suppliers and internal stakeholders (such as Buying, Planning, Inbound management, Customs, etc.).
  • Great organizational skills, proactive attitude and a collaborative approach to solving problems as well as accurate, reliable task execution with a high analytical background
