Architect / Civil Engineer (m/f/d) for laboratory and/or pharmaceutical production buildings

Your Tasks And Responsibilities
  • As subproject manager and lead engineer (m/f/d) for laboratory and/or pharmaceutical production buildings in the areas of research, development and production, you will create modern working environments for the Bayer Group
  • You provide suitable solutions, evaluate solution alternatives and take into account forward-looking topics such as digitalization, modularization and sustainability and do so within your area of expertise, or with the construction planning discipline for which you are responsible
  • You design the project scope together with the users and within a multidisciplinary team and develop ideas for the execution strategy of your discipline, respectively of the project
  • You manage external engineering partners in planning and execution
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that the sub-project objectives are met: Work safety, quality, costs and deadlines. You are also responsible for the corresponding reporting
Who You Are
  • University degree in engineering, for example civil engineering, architecture or equivalent
  • Several years of professional experience in project management, or in project teams, as well as in the planning and successful realization of laboratory and/or pharmaceutical production buildings
  • Experience with complex stakeholder and conflict management
  • Very good understanding of interfaces in the cooperation of different disciplines and internal user and operator organizations
  • Flexible and agile working style as well as god communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
