YOUR ROLE
- Plan and execute customer technical support request, reports and communicate to field teams and/or customers
- Prepare internal (and external, if relevant) tests reports and makes presentations to internal work group or department
- Participate in presentations to customers Leads internal and external technical requests and projects
- Support product development projects in coordination with PD team
- Standardize and develop new test methods and run and perform customer lab demonstrations using application equipment (internal and external)
- Ensure laboratory and application equipment are calibrated and safety checked in compliance with local regulations
- Participate laboratory 5S maintenance and continuous improvement
YOUR SKILLS
- Completed Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Chemical Engineering, or Material Science, with demonstrated related experience
- Experience in Printed Electronics and/or screen-printing and/or ink formulation is a plus
- Ability to develop and program electrical bench test is a plus
- Technical scientific mindset
- Open and willingness to drive change and innovation
- Fluent English skills are mandatory
