Your role

If yes, you might be just the person we are looking for to help us to:
  • support the rollout of new AML systems, such as transaction monitoring systems
  • capture, analyze and document business requirements and business cases
  • drive new products and product changes within an agile team, participating in agile ceremonies and ensuring the product requirements are clear to designers and engineers
  • analyze and evaluate complex transactional and client data
  • work with cross-functional team members in the pod to drive new products and product changes iteratively and continuously
  • coordinate with the front office on business integration aspects such as operating model development, training & communication
  • support and follow-up investigation of questions, issues, and defects

Your team

You’ll be working in the GCRG AML Transaction Monitoring Crew within the wider Group Compliance and Regulatory Governance (GCRG) function. We are a global team that drives the change portfolio including e.g. Initial and Ongoing Due Diligence, Case Management, Client Risk Rating and Name and Media Screening in addition to AML Transaction Monitoring. We focus on protecting the capital and reputation of the bank by making sure we provide best-in-class Financial Crime Prevention products.

Your expertise

  • a degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business Administration (or equivalent work experience)
  • previous relevant experience in change management, digitalization and/or as product manager working in an agile environment with good understanding of agile delivery framework and product management
  • understanding of modern AML systems, models, data science and analytics (robotics, artificial intelligence), particularly in the area of transaction monitoring, specifically Actimize, SIRON or Fortent
  • knowledge of and understanding of financial crime and AML policies, procedures and control arrangements in a complex financial organization as well as an understanding of AML red flags, typologies and AML related data sets for various lines of businesses
  • outstanding organizational and motivational skills and the ability to think and act across functions
  • first-rate analytical background and attention to detail, along with faultless planning and execution skills and ability to balance numerous tasks and competing priorities in a fast paced and demanding environment
  • a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills – ability to communicate complex issues succinctly and clearly
  • fluent in English, high degree of proficiency in German, further language skills, especially French or Italian would be beneficial
  • proficiency in MS Office
