Ausbildung
Du bringst eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit und hast Interesse an Arbeit im technischen Umfeld. Idealerweise verfügst Du über erste Berufserfahrung im Kundendienst, Support oder Rechnungsprüfung.

Softskills
Du bist kommunikationsstark, bist strukturiert und übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Aufgaben, die du bis zum Abschluss begleitest.

Software
Erfahrungen mit SAP, Ticketsystemen und Excel sind wünschenswert.

Sprachen
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind die Voraussetzung und können intern durch unser internes Weiterbildungsprogram we@DKV Learning Hub als auch mit externen Applicationpartner weiterentwickelt werden. Weitere europäische Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Pluspunkt.
